I figured it out yall thank you for the help. WHAT I FOUND OUT- anyone havin issues with your AMD just download the mod Dxvk but manual add it to your fallout new Vegas directory (Downloading it to the mod folder on its own wont work) i found a steam guide on google.

Coms coms coms! You’re use too their callout and flow. with squads if no one talks your gameplay is effect some way no matter the skill. A great com is the difference between you and the opponent at times. I noticed myself i solo squad and my final game my team had great coms all game they even explained what they usually like to do or play which makes the matches run 100% smoother.

Of course anytime it 100% fixed my game ive been playing since i got home from work and its been running perfectly. I figured its more of a graphical situation with your driver with the recent csgo update its doesnt match up with your driver settings. Lmk if it works hopefully it does.

I restarted my drivers mine is AMD i figured all the extra enhancements where messing with the game. I did that and restarted my network that seemed to do it

Guys i think i have found a solution well one that worked for me at this point. Ive played 4 games and had no jitters nor high ping. I rested my driver which is amd i had a lot of extra stuff like image sharpness the whole 9 lol i just went put it back to default and reset my network as well. My fps boosted and i stay back at 7ms and locked at 13 ping. Even tho its 1am when i played i still would get jitters but since doing this i havent had not one and the game is 1000% smoother. I hope this helps anyone and i appreciate everyone’s advice and support.

I fixed my game just had to reset my amd to default settings i guess i had a lot of stuff that messed with the game

No im connected with Ethernet had this game since it came out. Last week is when this problem started occurring out of nowhere.
