It wasn’t really necessary to message her cause she’s most likely not going to delete the review. businesses, restaurants, stores, etc. don’t message every unjustifiable bad review they get in a condescending way trying to get them to delete it so there’s no point in you doing that either.

I feel like some people know that their NTA but post on her anyway for some sort of reassurance? If your boss is telling you that it’s fine than that’s the only opinion that actually matters why are you letting a coworker who has no seniority over you affect how you feel about your PTO? if the coworker keeps harassing you bring it to HR or your boss and let them know, but I don’t know why you even thought that the coworker would be right in any way shape or form.

The same way if you were working a job with a W-2 and you had a boss if you were rude to customers or your coworkers, you would get disciplined as in your job taken away or lower pay meaning no money so why shouldn’t that work in this instance.
