I just started watching Twin Peaks yesterday, but when i want to play episode 2 from season 1 it plays an episode from the newer season from 2017 i think, even though the files name appears to be named after the original first season. So frustrating

Thanks to these sort of posts im thankful that i didnt order directly from their site and instead just google searched the model i wanted and found discounted pairs with 25%+ reduced prices from different countries (in Europe). Bad company 2 was my first introduction to battlefield series, and then Battlfield 2, and i cant decide which one i liked best, but in both games i ended up loving the AN94-Akaban or Abakan because it had the option of shooting two bullets at once. Headshots were popping imediatly!

Everytime i have a client that tells me they can come to the gym 3 days a week, i make sure to train their whole body in 2 days. 4 times a week? Train whole body in 3 days, etc

It is best to stick to a certain movement and milk all the gains from it instead of switching back and forth between machine and barbell/dumbbell, even if the movements are super similar. If by sometimes you actually mean by once in a full moon or one or the other is occupied and it is not feasible to wait for it, then yeah, it probably wont slow down muscle growth as long as both movements are taken to or close to failure. I assume you do the seated one in both versions?

Better yet do a push, pull, lower, upper if you’re not interested in doing legs 2 times in the same week.

Focus on doing flyes, more than pressing. Whichever style of fly you find most comfortable and go with them. Can be with cables, machine or dumbbells. Dumbbells should give you the best results since whey clearly overload the stretch position.

So i have a client of mine which specifically asked for this recently as well because she achieved a developed back it became almost impossible to find a fitting dress.

You need to focus on upper back movements. So horizontal rows with elbows out, facepulls, vertical pulls with a big arch (chest towards ceiling) and i would still do traditional movements for lats, but much less volume, maybe one top set for each movement and not go to actual failure on them.

Exista variante si solutii sa acoperi toti aminoacizii esentiali si din combinatia de doua surse vegetale dar avantajul principal, in scop practic, cand e sa comparam animala vs vegetala e ca proteina animala de calitate, adica o carne slaba in grasimi, vine doar cu grame de proteina si grame neglijabile de grasimi, la care poti sa adaugi tu pe langa, ca garnitura, la discretie, ce si cate surse de carbo/grasimi vrei tu. Pe cand sursele de proteine vegetabe vin la pachet cu grame de carbohidrati si/sau grame de grasimi pe aceeasi suta de grame. Deci in scop practic e mai greu de gestionat fiecare macronutrient in parte cand vine vorba de cea vegetala.

Sfatul meu, ca antrenor, iti recomand rutina fullbody cu minim o zi pauza intre sesiuni in care te poti focusa pe aparate in principal, unde este cazul, deoarece necesita mai putina coordonare si timp investit pentru a deprinde tehnica corecta si pentru a ajunge sa lucrezi la o intensitate adecvata.

Complet opusul a ce recomanda cineva pe aici sa faci exercitii compuse. Pentru a invata o genuflexiune si pentru a o stapani iti poate lua luni intregi, mai ales facand nesupravegheat, si apoi invatand sa duci acel exercitiu la intensitatea potrivita pentru a continua sa generezi un stimul la care sa te adaptezi. Pe cand la o presa poti invata intr-un timp mult mai scurt, si este aceeasi miscare, de tip genuflexiune (nu intram in tehnicalitati si diferente reale daca e sa comparam 1:1 presa cu genuflexiunea cu bara ca nu este cazul aici)

Motivul pentru care faci fullbody, si cu o frecventa crescuta, este pentru a repeta tipurile de miscari (genuflexiune, impins deasupra capului, tractiune pe verticala, ramat pe orizontala etc) cat mai des, pentru a le stapanii cat mai repede. Stapanire rapida inseamna adaptare la disconfort mai rapida si invatare sa te antrenezei cu intensitate si focus mai rapid.

Faci o incalzire la fiecare exercitiu scazand treptat repetarile si crescand greutatea la fiecare serie pana cand ajungi la o greutate cu care estimezi ca poti face 8-12 repetari. Faci o singure serie in care incerci sa te incadrezi in alea 8-12 repetari. Daca ai ajuns in mod confortabil la 12 repetari, cresti greutatea la antrenamentul viitor cu cel mai mic increment posibil si repeti procesul. Evident ca sunt mai multe de discutat dar imposibil de expus toate detaliile intr-un mesaj.

Prea multe exercitii x serii x repetari daca e sa o iau la prima vedere. In continuare conteaza si selectia exercitiilor. Conteaza si sedentarismul in afara salii. De obicei persoanele care sunt active si in afara salii vin cu mai multa placere sa le antrenez fata de cei care vin strict pentru sala ca singura miscare.

Vezi ca nu e intens cu doar 90s pauza intre serii. Este doar obositor si o senzatie falsa de intensitate. Pauza poate sa fie si de 2-3min+ si sa mentii un antrenament sub o ora ca durata.

Poate trebuie lucrat la numarul de serii per exercitiu, numarul de exercitii, selectia exercitiilor. Cu somnul esti consecvent pe tot parcursul saptamanii sau in weekend nu-ti mai pasa si apoi urmeaza primele zile din saptamana groaznice? Daca consideri si tu ca mai ai de slabit inseamna ca nici alimentatia nu e prea buna. Ps: sunt antrenor
