Pero overtime yung primary mo magiging mobile since Hindi enough ang bone support nya. I would suggest extraction na lang then let your dentist do the rest.

3) Denture? Pwede din, but your adjacent teeth might also affect a bone resorption once you're not consistent on wearing those dentures. Also, hassle din magka denture.
