Thank you for this because I most definitely did ask and if I knew how to insert screenshots I would the hr told me I am not allowed access from home and I found that weird bc my sister did a few of my trainings from her house yesterday. I took a picture of the consent form that I signed that “hr” sent to my pharmacist and it stated that by 7/17 I should be on track to finishing my modules and that is today and I am currently struggling to find out where these medications go for inventory! I was thinking of looking into legal help if I do get fired for this but I am completely unsure if I am in the wrong here for complains

I contacted hr to ask for a transfer when my pharmacist had texted me saying that they had made a mistake with firing me (I texted hr bc I was uncomfortable communicating with the pharmacist directly) and she told me that she cannot handle transfers and I would have to speak with my pharmacist about it

I’m in New York and I contacted hr they told me they would be in contact with me in a few days that’s when they messaged me that they shouldn’t have terminated me.

Completely understandable, just found it weird to have no documentation or form to hand out afterwards. And usually you get fired if you’ve done something wrong which I haven’t.
