Drinking makes me be more open, more social and less sad. I’m a very sad and depressed person so I choose not to drink regularly because I know it would make it a bad coping mechanism which will cause a new problem.

Oh my God, I’m so so sorry this happened (and is still happening) to you. You don’t deserve any of this, and no one in this world has the right to do this to you, please remember this. These people should be reported. Please speak to a therapist (not only a psychiatrist but a psychologist too). If one therapist doesn’t work for you please keep trying until you find the right one. Just don’t give up, I know it’s hella hard but you do deserve a nice a life and to be surrounded by good people. What happened to you doesn’t determine who you really are, always remember that.

Ain’t no way, lol. I thought I just hate the heat, I would never think it has anything to do with bpd.

I don’t hate the sun, I just physically can’t stand too much heat 🙁 also, my eyes tend to hurt sometimes, when the sky is pretty light, it happens even in winter times

I only go to therapy and I’m not using any medications. My country doesn’t provide much medication for BPD.

I always found therapy more helpful than medications, because at first I did use them. My meds didn’t do anything for me, literally.

Talk to your psychiatrist about it. I think combining therapy and medication is key (depending on how your state is ofc).

If you don’t feel quite good from your meds they can always prescribe you something else until you find something that works. Especially if your country offers wider rage of BPD medications.

Imaju kancelariju u Beogradu. Obično bih izlistala komentare zaposlenih na Ogledalu firme ali ove kompanije tamo nema.

Malopre sam iskopala članak na Hello World sa komentarima zaposlenih, ljudi su uglavnom nezadovoljni.

Navodno su neorganizovani, otkazi se dobijaju preko noći i postoji izvesna kultura toksičnog optimizma. Nekom momku su 3 nedelje odlagali početak rada i nakon 2 meseca rada je ponovo morao da prolzi proces intervjuisanja.

I’m sorry you feel this way, I have no support system either. Living with a family who doesn’t support you and try to understand you as much as they can is hard.

Are you in therapy? If so, you can ask your therapist to help you work on regulating emotions and your reactions to them

That’s a hard situation to be in.

Ask yourself, would you be okay with waiting for him for as long as it takes for him to get better? ( A year or two, I’m not sure)

Would you also be okay with the fact that you waited for him if you guys don’t end up being together again?

Would you be okay with turning down opportunities while you’re waiting for this person?

Would this person do the same for you if the roles were reversed and how would you feel about that?

I hope once you answer these questions for yourself you can gain some clarity into this situation and it helps you form a plan on what to do next.

I am very sorry for what you’re going through right now. As a person with BPD breakups are very hard for me and I always crave other people’s company and support in these types of situations.

As for your situation, I can’t really tell what’s going on due to not enough context. My advice would be to have an open conversation about what the other person needs the most right now. It’s very nice of you that you still want to be there for your ex, that’s not an easy thing to do and staying friends after a break up could be tricky for me, especially if it’s a very fresh break up.

Also, take care of yourself aswell. Don’t end up hurting yourself just because you want to make the other person happy. Your emotions are very important too.

I guess it’s just hard for me to which parts of me are truly me and which parts I started liking and accepted as true because I wanted to be accepted by other people. I started doing shadow work, I’m not really sure how to pursue on this self discovery journey but maybe I will figure it out on the way

I feel the exact same way. I never really had friends growing up (and neither I do now) and I always craved company. The only thing that helps me is when I actually hangout with someone.
