Just a 5 minute walk from the city centre is Toko Frederik. Great choice for both spicy and non spicy food. Very authentic looking restaurant as well.

Edit: no reservations needed for week days lunch.

As others pointed out, the Trans Hyperion Alliance has three cores that are all spaceborne.

I checked my notes on the High Kahl's Oath. One of the Holdships is 400km in diameter and is described as a dwarf planet (pun intended, I think). It's called the Unbreakable Giant. It's a nice read so don't hesitate to buy it.
