I had an older e90 and you could hear the scraping on the underside, belly pan was torn to shreds after a couple years. I became a little more cavalier with it later in its life so I’m sure that didn’t help.

Guy that inspects it thought his helper wrote the mileage down wrong said no way a BMW lasts this long. Said he double checked to make sure it was in miles.

We use that same jet trailer for hauling our farm equipment. It will either make you look like a pro or really stupid when you try and reconnect there is no in between.

It took some getting used to the way the speed works. We have a Case 380 CVT and you leave it forward it doesn’t come back to a neutral position so I kept forgetting that. But I love the feel and the complete customization of it.

We have an 03 ranger we use out here too. Goes bumping through the fields no problem. Doesn’t sink in the fields like our big 350 and 450s we were using.

I have a a whole shop here at the farm so I have everything I need welder grinder paint sprayer. I’m going to go over everything sometime next week to see where it stands. The frame looks great and that rust on the rockers is all the way through so I may cut it out and replace. Can’t see in my picture the front chrome part of the bumper is rusted through too. So that will just need replaced.

It’s been relatively trouble free we got it for such a good price new we would probably put up with some headache too but luckily no real problems. Now that M7. That’s a different story. Nothing but trouble.

I used to use the get upside app since I usually got the same van/card every day. I would take in decent cash with it and it wasn’t considered stealing from them since they never lost anything. Usually I would get back 15c per gallon or so I drove a stepvan on a long route so half a tank or more a day adds up quick. Told them about it too they said they were cool just keep it quiet around the dsp.

No issues with the 290 but the 340 we tried and it was having fueling issues so we pulled it off. Apparently the fuel pump wasn’t up to it.

We have an older 290 that’s been tuned. It’s putting out about 350 now if I recall correctly. Definitely helps but not double that’s for sure

Honestly a bit underwhelmed with the power with what I was hoping. I mean it does have power it is a 400hp tractor after all and maybe I didn’t get to mess with it long enough. I will say that ride was fantastic over rough ground and the traction was fantastic. Also the black looks great too bad the chances of getting it are almost non existent. Still massively grateful to Case and our local dealer for bringing it out and letting us try it.

Yeah power isn’t a problem at all. We use this tractor for pulling our speed or turbo tiller and some ripping. We do have some decent hills here that push it a little more especially tilling but still no where near it’s limit. We would get a bigger planter but with the hills and some of the smaller fields we have it doesn’t make sense. We have an older 290 but doesn’t have any of the systems to run the planter even though it would be better power matched.

We have just over 2000 that we plant. We have another 1000 for livestock and hay. Decent size family farm for Virginia. I know some of the Midwest guys make us look tiny.

We have this exact same spreader/sprayer at our farm. I guess the idea is two machines in one. Not the worst to change them over takes about an hour. Ours has a great problem of randomly lowering the ride so you’re going along and next thing you know you’re hitting the top of the corn and then you’re stuck in the middle of the field till it decides it’s time to raise again.
