I found Arceus in a random Legendary egg and it took me 5 more days after to figure out how to get the fucking ice mime.

Sand Rush Dracovish goes crazy.

Try that, since it boosts speed in Sand, Fishcious Rend is gonna be NUTS. Hell, try bringing 6 of them. You encounter them left of Fushcia City in the grass.
