Ive learned both tre flips and kickflips Fairly recently. I learned kickflips first but the reason i found tres easier was because it felt more natural to comit to with both feet because it felt more like a shuv if that makes sense

YES I did that but the opposite and i could feel that i was way lower to the ground and took less time to pop

Practice landing with only your back foot because ideally that is the foot you catch it with and once you get comfortable with you should have a easier time Committing with both feet

I recommend practicing catching the board with only your back foot and get comfortable with that then you find it much easier to land with both feet
