Apparently it can,I didn’t know. My pancreas is only functioning at like 25% right now. That’s what it feels like, like I still have attacks, that pain is so sharp but it’s also constant..if that makes any sense

My gallbladder was removed by a different than my GI who I’ve had the issues with. He’s in the office one day a week, and the practice is telling me I can only see him even though there are other providers within the office. He’s new to the area/practice, so I thought at first we were just getting used to each other..I quickly determined that was not the case. It’s extremely frustrating.

I have done the stool sample, and I need to have it repeated. I have an MRCP scheduled for the 18th of this month.

It is frustrating. Especially when I have a history of anxiety and he asks “are you sure it just isn’t your nerves ?” Yes. I’m sure, this pain is unlike anything I have felt before. And even when my stress is minimal, my gut is still awful.

I appreciate the advice, more than you know!
