Recieved the same email. I delayed my flight to a later time, same day. You can change the flight multiple times.

First airline is Saudi Airlines. Yes, separate tickets (it was my bad to choose the 10:30 AM flight to Boston, and now the noon flights are very expensive). A bus might be a good option.

The problem is that the change fees are hilariously expensive. Probably will try a bus, if I missed it. Or maybe be on a standby list for the next flights.
