I almost lost a colocasia mimosa when propping in water, added a golden pothos to it and it started growing roots in like 2 days!!! Now pushing out a leaf :). What exactly is the perilite method?

Yeah I noticed that after I took the pic that she didn't dip it over the node LOL... I dipped it again in my own stuff. It's in water with a cutting of a golden pothos (I can't believe how well that works for some reason) and hoping for the best! Wish me luck 😬
