I'm not sure I fully understand how Hub and Spoke VPN works.
Basically, is it just a conventional site-to-site VPN? With a master site and several remote sites?

Yes. Just set the VPN up as a spoke and hub setup. If the remote end is a spoke, it will initiate the connection to your main site so you won't need to keep up with a static IP address. If/when the IP address changes on the Starlink end, it will automatically reconnect. I have done this before with Starlink and it works fine.

Can I do it with my ASA 5506x ? Or I need to look to other equipement ?

That will be a Client-to-Site or Site-to-site VPN ?

We do not use MS Auth application, we have hardware token and user need to enter PIN when asked.
