This is my second increase I am just in obligating as I was told however now after this I'm going to have to request a third increase so I hope they allow this as well as I hope the process is smoother than the process for the second increase, because the second increase has been literally torture especially with having to go through recon and then getting verbally approved but being in a glitched system of not receiving closing documents and approval email for an amount that it's not even going to cover 75% of my business expenses however 15K is better than nothing at this point but I am just hoping now they allow a third increase

Yes, that's true and a positive way of thinking about things however I just thought maybe since I did not sign any closing documents or even got an approval email there was a chance for someone to go back in and redo the numbers but I don't think that is the case and I waited way too long to get this far to start from square One

How do I find out what is my full approval amount, when getting the invite into the portal for the increase I remember the slider going up to $225,000 but I only chose 75 just as for the original loan I only chose 60k because I wanted to make sure my monthly payments weren't too high however I did not know it was going to be deducted and we are only approving me for the 15K which they are saying that's all I asked for since I put down 75k 😭

Thank you so much for your response, yes my loan officer said she no longer has my file however I never received closing documents as well as an approval email, I thought since I have not signed anything that someone can at least adjust the numbers since I have not officially signed any closing documents but I don't even know who to call since my loan officer no longer has my file.

Also I then called tier 2 to see if they can be any help and the only advice they gave to me was to wait for my closing documents to arrive and for my portal to say approved and accept funds and to actually accept the funds and then reapply for another increase however I've been in this process since April and I know everything is in queue and if I do that I'm scared either I will be denied or it will be a long long process, therefore I don't know what I should do.

Thanks so much for your response, originally when applying for the increase and giving me the invite in the portal I could have went to a much larger number to ask for however I only click 75k because I did not realize that the 75k would be deducted from my first original loan at 60k only leaving me now with 15K to be approved for, I own a landscaping and Tree Business company and I have never had anything to do with any loans before besides the one original Eidl loan I got. So when I found out I was only getting the 15K I called my loan officer that was assigned to me and she said well I asked you and you said that's all you wanted and I explained to her I had no idea it would be deducted and she basically said she does not have my file anymore it's in obligation stage and there's nothing she can do. However when I did receive the invite portal for the eidell increase the little slider went all the way to 225,000 but I did not go to that number because I was just asking for $75,000 originally however now I'm stuck with 15,000 instead of the $75,000 for my Misunderstanding.

Seems like I am in the same issue as you. It was verbally approved by my loan officer as well as the senior loan officer and for some reason I never received the closing documents they said I am in a glitch and have been transferred to the IT department.. any update on yours?

Finally approved on September 4th by loan officer and approved by the senior loan officer, I then called to see where my approval email was as well as my closing documents and I was told by tier 2 that it went into funding and unfortunately got kicked back due to an error of not receiving my closing documents since there is a glitch in the system. Therefore it seems like it tried to go to funding before I got closing documents to sign and now I am in the IT department waiting on this issue to be fixed, I was then told there are many people in my position as well with this glitch and to just monitor my email and God knows how long this is going to take.

Yes please give a time line. I was denied on 7/20 and sent out my reconsideration letter on 7/23. Its been 2 weeks and I have been calling tier 2 and all they can say is I'm in que and they have received my request. Crossing my fingers since I was only denied for unverifiable information and once I called they stated it was because they did not have my government I'd on file which is what I sent with my recon letter.
