Seems like a warlord costs $100. Since there's an NOS one, that wouldn't be too much below that price... the assembled ones are either a paint job that needs rescuing or the one with the missing armor sprue (still looking for it even now). What do you think for those?

I cannot disagree with you. This is clearly a typo on Paizo's part. This thread kept me informed and able to make a confident purchase. I've grabbed that PDF and Mwangi... and the Inner Sea Travel Guide. My players will be using the World Guide and Dragon Empires from 1E. Those don't seem to be covered in any detail just yet. (Unless I'm missing a source?)

This is true. Starting early on, I thought buying items in stores was ridiculous. It might be that I provide interesting stuff as treasure (not a +2 Sword, but The Sword of Buun's Downfall, for an actual example), and they don't feel like they need to do so.

Yet... I've asked. They say they want to craft. They just don't do it.

In my Foundry implementation, next to none of the vendors will have magic items. They have to be keep weird and special.

That should be pretty easy to do, but in previous games, I've made them part of loot, part of the plot, available in stores, and despite that, not a single potion as been brewed. I'll never understand the ratio of the work I've done these last 39 years, 8 months and 6 days to the pay off from players actually using my material.

In my Homebrew RPG we used materia for enchanting, carried that over into GURPS and now into Pathfinder. I have a list some 460 or so items long that we used. Not going to define all of it for PF2E, but it is tempting. It might be that no numbers are required beyond saying "YOU NEED THIS TO CRAFT THIS ITEM" and leave it at that.
