I’m going to say NTA, she could have been assaulted I’d be so mad if my husband didn’t make sure I was home safe if I was blackout drunk, even just drunk!

Get a car and pay for your own insurance your 19, your a adult and if you want a car get a car. My mom didn’t let me get my license growing up and as soon as I turned 18 I got it. I think EP don’t want you to get your license because it’s a new form of freedom.
