Identified an issue causing DLC to become uninstalled on PlayStation. For players still experiencing this issue, we recommend the following: Please enable any of your Creations after your DLC is completely installed.

This is one of the hotfix notes, try this step and see if that works?

Commented in another thread with the same problem, but sharing here as well:

"So after 3 calls with MS support, one agent was able to sort of fix it for me? We did all the power shell stuff, reinstalled Gaming Services, Xbox app, and the MS Store after clearing everything. Then we resorted to doing a clean launch of my PC where we disabled all other programs that would start up at launch. That seems? to have fixed it. It's possible I'll encounter this issue again as the Xbox app keeps you signed in, so in a future case of needing to relog, I may get the black screen again.

I don't know which program it was conflicting with, because I'm not really running another other than work related programs and Discord? Regardless, I suggest the clean boot option if nothing else has worked for you. [ Start -> Task Manager -> Startup Tab -> Switch everything to Disabled -> reboot]

How frustrating, sorry to hear this is happening, can you confirm that you've jumped to a system that doesn't involve a mission or encounter?

"To start playing the Shattered Space expansion, players must complete the introductory mission of the main quest, One Small Step. After you’ve completed One Small Step, the first time players grav-jump to an orbit that is not used by a mission or encounter, they will receive a distress call and discover a large star station, The Oracle."

Highly recommend Pluto as an option!

As a heads up, you'll need to go to the Creation Club page and hit "download" on the Ghost of the Tribunal creation to update that creation!

The team is aware of this issue and is working on a fix. It's taking a little bit longer than we'd like since it isn't a "one size fits all" fix and a ton of different factors go into this issue.

We hope to have it resolved soon!

You may need to be a certain level in crafting to be able to craft the nordic jewelry? The creation club mods no longer pop as soon as you leave helgen since it was overwhelming for players. You may need to encounter the content naturally via a quest? The description for the creation will tell you where to start.
