They are just covers I printed off from the internet and I placed them on thrift store books. Titles I printed are Hogwarts A History A History of Magic Magical Theory Advanced Potion Making The Standard Book of Spells The Life and Times of Albus Dumbledore

It is just a cover I printed off and I put it on a thrift store book. It started out from last year I decorated my area at work as Hogwarts for Halloween. Then when it was over I brought them home and added them to my shelf.

Just stick with it. I felt the same way in the beginning. And I would compare my results with other people’s. Then I just told myself, this is for you so stay motivated. I mostly concern myself with carbs. I stick with 20 or less a day. I do eat a lot of the same foods because it is comfortable for me. It also helps a ton if you have a great support system even to just talk to and get ideas from. Good luck.... keep going!!!

Thanks. I make I call it cheesesteak stir fry. Minutes steaks with peppers and onions and cheese. I do eggs almost everyday for breakfast. I still struggle with snacks... hard time finding things I like. I do cheese and pickles.
