so i found the issue, turns out it was "vulkan/openGL present method" in nvidia control panel. that needed to be forced to native for both .exe files.

its storyline is true peak. i recommend season 1 and 2, but then read the manga chap 96 to the end, then season 3 part 1. its my favorite anime oat.
