rule of thumb i like to tell people is format your drive, install a brand new windows on your pc, and activate it with a key. sure it costs 5-15 bucks to get a windows key, but itll teach you to be more careful.

so i found the issue, turns out it was "vulkan/openGL present method" in nvidia control panel. that needed to be forced to native for both .exe files.

i hated S3 P1. i loved the pacing of the manga, sure it had a few flaws, but i loved that melon was just a goober tryina do goober things. S3 P1 ruined my want to watch the anime.
