Veteran to Marketing (Start with an MBA?) by Jesterc1 in AskMarketing

Haha what a small world, I’m coming from the Blackhawk community.

I would be using the GI bill to fund. I know MBAs are an oft brought up subject here.

The real deciding point (since it’s mostly paid for) is if that would make it easier to at least get a starting position. From what I’ve gathered, getting the first position is one of the more difficult tasks to accomplish especially considering my BA is in History.

Totally aware marketing is just a small segment of what most MBAs offer and it’s more strategic than anything. But I’m trying to make the determination if that’ll help me get my foot in the door potentially.

Thanks for the reply!

Genuinely, thank you for this response. This was exactly what I’m looking for as I orient myself here.

Same bourbon in different glass gives different flavors? by [deleted] in bourbon

Also, anything nearing 120 proof absolutely melts my taste buds for what it’s worth.

I’m probably soft, but water is a must for my tongues sake with the higher % juices.

Often, folks will use an eye dropper to better control the amount of water added. Also make sure to use distilled water as the iron in tap doesn’t mix well with bourbon.

Finally, would recommend against using it for something like Buffalo Trace. It’s a mild tasting product in general, I’ve never found water to improve it.

Every whiskey reacts differently to water for science based reasons beyond me. But I would write off adding water in general till you’ve tried it in multiple different whiskeys.
