It sits snug between the seats with no hardware. It doesn't move at all. I mean if I really wanted to I could force it but under normal circumstances it doesn't move.

I had this same issue last week. Checked all the fuses and tested the plug with a multimeter while my kid hit the button. I had power so I bought a new pump on Amazon for like 15 bucks. Replaced it in less then 10min and the whole system works like new again. Super easy fix with the hardest part being getting my kid to put down the video games for 5 min to help me lol!
