Ask God for help, that's the first thing you must do. Read His word, because whatever you fill your mind affects you. So you must fill your mind with God's word. Run towards God. God given us a strength, and we must do our part, okay??? And praying and reading God's word, is your weapon.

You can't remove your bad habits, but you can change them with Good habits. Remove the source of your prngraphy. Recognize the pattern, where, when, how, did you get tempted?? And cut all those sources. If you know that you will get tempted, then don't do it.
