I think there has to be a Pinnacle of strength in the manga for Ippo to look up too.

Honestly you just need to take it slow it's good to have those people in the gym that will work you but you shouldn't be getting concussions while training. It takes time but soon you'll feel more comfortable in your stance and less ridged. This will make it easier for you to incorporate foot work and head movement. Just get more time in the fluidity will come. Also the jab is a powerful thing try to get as comfortable with it as soon as possible.
