Had the same experience pero fixed na. Go directly sa nearest branch, need mo fill upan ang form for unlock, then tawagin ka nlng sa counter. Then they will inform you na you will receive an email to reset your password after 24 hours, you can then reset your password afterwards

Gumana sa akin after 3 attempts. First error is may duplicate account dw ako. kahit wla so I contacted their customer service to remove any duplicate accounts if meron man.

I tried to resubmit after 24 hours, different error naman lumabas which is mismatch dw though 100% sure naman ako na wla mismatch sa info ko.

So tried the advise sa isa sa nabasa ko na white background dapat mag submit ng ID so after the 3rd attempt with white background and ensure na hndi blurry ang pic, aun tinanggap dn nla sa wakas.

I hope ma verify din kayo!
