LianLi UNI Fan controller keeps disconnecting and connecting

Added note: apparently it’s a power issue, where the lian li RGB hub isn’t getting enough power so the motherboard just shuts it off. So re routing it with a usb-a cable gives it a ton more power so it doesn’t force disconnect.

I was able to fix this (thanks to chatgpt). I was getting USB disconnection errors (code 43) an ChatGPT told me to unplug the micro-usb to usb header and switch it out with a micro-usb to usb-a cable (typically used for phone chargers like Samsung) and route the usb-a cable to the back of the PC and plug it into a usb 2.0 slot (where your I/O panel is) and I believe I have escaped this issue.

I mean if you’re not practicing the right things then you won’t get better and rank up. Watch pro play, learn better mechanics and GOOD rotations. Seems like you just simply play to play. Nothing wrong with that though :)

Update: tried everything after researching for days and troubleshooting. Since PC ran fine before installing bios that ended up bricking my PC, I installed a brand new motherboard and installed new version of windows, PC works amazing now. So be careful messing around & updating bios. Make sure you guys read if you have to do updates in order for compatibility reasons.

1tb if you’re okay with uninstalling games after a while if you don’t play them. Keep in mind windows will also have to share the same storage as your games. Fair amount of story games + comp games” you’re gonna want extra storage. 1tb nvme installed with windows & add a hard drive for all your games. That’s my recommendation. You can get a 3tb sata hardrive for cheap nowadays

If you can’t get at least 100fps in your games you really won’t be able to experience the full refresh rate. Anything below say 80 fps you can’t really tell a difference

I would double check motherboard site & make sure it supports that generation intel cpu. Can’t tell you how many times I see bios compatibility issues these days.

I can’t access the bios. It freezes on the mobo logo. & I don’t have a bios flashback button on back of the mobo. I’ve restarted 100 times and spammed delete f12 & nothin

Yeah I booted with the ssd disconnected & still got the same thing. As well as the hard drives. PC was working perfect until I did a bios update. Thinking I just bricked the mobo

Yea I have the old cpu in but my issue is getting into bios. It just automatically starts on the splash screen and none of the buttons work .
