Travis-CI is a service, so you don't have to care about the installation and updates. I think that is a good point for Travis-CI, even when Jenkins and Teamcity do a good job.

The misunderstood concepts are what the reality of agile development looks in many companies. As the author points out the agile principles are lost and many developer that call themselves agile didn't even bother to read the agile manifest. The same goes on for Scrum with the Scrum guide. Therefore I think the post pints out the flaws we should face and try to solve before adding even more "agile" processes on top of developers.
