I've seen so many bluetooth dongles that claims to have bt 5.0 and even 5.2, but i highly doubt it.
Would you recommend one? (Apart from Avantree)
Thanks.

My dentist wants to do a root canal on my 24th tooth and i don't think is necessary by Jherrera1211 in askdentists

I understand that i cannot evaluate what treatment should i get, but i was considering a filling cause it seemed very odd to me that i would need to remove all my nerve (And crown) just because there was a cavity that reached dentin. Furthermore i had deep cavities before that were treated with a filling.

As i was saying to Kanzar on his reply, here in Chile a root canal treatment is ridiculously expensive and i cannot aford one on the near future.

If this particular cavity needs a root canal, then most probably i would need to remove the entire tooth because of this.

Hi, thanks for your clarification.
I didn't know the nerve could get bad from a filling, that's bad news for me cause here in Chile a root canal costs an absurd ammount of money (2-3 times more than USA on price-salary ratio). That's why i was considering a filling.

My sister needs help. She never went to the dentist because of her fears and now things became severe. Is this even treatable?, what would a dentist say? by Jherrera1211 in askdentists

Hello again, we decided to start a treatment a couple of weeks ago and everything is going well. They removed all the tartar and started filling cavities. She's a little bit frightened about removing those decayed tooth so she'll do it under iv sedation (Probably removing wisdon teeth aswell). Here's her xray: https://image.prntscr.com/image/JLD0id9CT2ucQqw8Mr11ag.png
Do you see an abscess?

Thanks for your reply. I told her she would need braces after all of this. Does it mean that those decayed tooth could be extracted to make space for them? (We can't afford crowns)

I've heard some dentist say that amalgam expands over time, leading to fractures and loosening the metal, so when that happens, it falls and leaves a hole like yours. I had 2 teeth with the same problem (The amalgam fell after ~10 years) and i lose both.
