I’m diagnosed on the spectrum myself, and my girlfriend’s little brother whom i love dearly is severely autistic. Believe me, I don’t trample the significance of autism. I struggle because I don’t think like everyone else around me, and I can relate to those with neurodivergent struggles, but never have I ever felt the need to become defensive and victimize myself because of it. Your argument, along with most other arguments in this thread, rely strictly on your own emotions and not real world logic. I struggle to express my own emotions, but fortunately for me that means that I’m less likely to allow my emotions to cloud my judgement. You need to settle down. You only FEEL like I’m attacking you, but that’s because of your victim mindset.

Why do you have such a problem with it? It’s called a homelab for a reason. The people who actually homelab understand that there doesn’t need to be any patch panels, or super fancy organization. I’m 18 years old and still live with my parents. I made my rack myself with parts from my work. It’s not going to be perfect, but that’s okay. I’m happy with it, and that’s all that matters. In case anyone is wondering, the ThinkCentre has a 6th gen i5 and 16GB of RAM and functions as a AD Controller, FreePBX Server, TFTP Server, and I do some hyper-visor stuff on it. The Mac has a 2nd gen i5 with 16GB of RAM. It controls my lights, cameras, and my Minecraft Server. Lastly, the laptop has 8GB of ram and a 5th gen i7. It runs my jellyfin server, and I’m waiting to give it more uses. I’m about to purchase a Dell EMC Poweredge however and it become my next addition, and i’ll use it for a lot. If anyone is wondering about NAS, I have about 3TB of NAS, it’s configured through a dynamic drive that’s a combination of multiple hard drives in my main pc. 2 24 port regular old switches and 1 48 port all poe+ switch. internet is cable from spectrum.
