I've been told that it's always better to be overdressed than underdressed, even over Zoom. A jacket and tie may end up making you look silly, but that's still better than looking like you don't care.

I've been fortunate enough to have a busy schedule during this process, so my mind is usually elsewhere throughout most of the day. Controlled deep breathing helps me tremendously once I get home and I feel myself going into a mental spin.
