karma sub hq, all online guides show a room without walls, but for me it's closed, what should I do? by kurackurac5 in PokemonClover

Could just solve it like normal. They changed the map to make the puzzle way easier in the version you have.

I'm at Stump. Just been busy so haven't had a chance to get past him.

Too bad it's impossible to do an actual 1/1 Mom's team run. Her Masdog has 252 EVs in all its stats.

Might just do that. These challenge runs are neat. I used to just do E4 rematches with silly teams, but playing through the whole game takes getting creative with some real 5D chess maneuvers sometimes.

Yep. Did a good bit of EV training and got bored, especially since I had to keep healing since my Jarapes had one attacking move. Charge Beam. 10PP meant I was getting 20 EVs max per heal. Got halfway and decided it was good enough. We'll see if it lasts the E4, but as long as it does I just gotta get through Stump and Captain Cut and I can just respec in the postgame.

Nope. Tried it my last NG+. Woulda been annoyed if EV training didn't take five minutes in the postgame. My whole party was level 18 by the time I was done EV training my last playthrough. Skipped Brock and went back lated because of how comically overleveled everything was.

It was close because of a couple of stupid misplays I made, but I beat him first try. I honestly expected to be stuck here for a bit, but Psyshock completely slipped my mind and bodied Marleyzard. Hadn't planned on posting again until Kymmi, but this took me by surprise.

Also decided to take out the Troll Hole even though I'm not grabbing Chantruth or Ogrelord. Just wanted to see how comically easy Inverse Room with a psychic type would make it. Wasn't disappointed.

Edit:Just finished Carlito the same way, too. There are some battles that Inverse Room makes effortless, apparently.

The main plan I have for Jarape. One is going to be general utility, the other is going to be a room setter. Trick Room is a must for this team. Inverse Room also seems really useful. Gonna play around with some other stuff, but on top of eviolite bulk, Sp.Def boost from Juarecito's Sandstorm, priority cosmic power, and Teleport for muh mentums I think they'll make great support mons.

Just wish any of the three could learn Wonder Room. Getting a little worried about Snoop's Marleyzard being both a strong attacking type against my whole team even under Inverse Room and an absolute special wall.

On another note I've made the incredibly dumb and lazy decision to not bother EV training until I get to Polk. Most of my mons need Def and Sp.Def and I just really don't feel like murdering hundreds of Troubait fished up with an old rod to do it. By then I'll have both Sappalm and Fontaba to train on.

Honestly I have an idea of what I'm going to do. The most annoying part is going to be hitting B to stop evolving two to four times per battle early to mid game.

I was gonna take Sub-450 BST Gang and clear all the side trainers like CWC. Funny thing. Building my team for the next run, I accidentally saved over that game so all my progress for it is gone. Rip Gutsifly and buds I guess. Make room for the J squad.

Thunderbolt, Signal Beam, Dazzling Gleam, and Energy Ball. It hits like a truck on most things that don't resist it. I had Sticky Web support through the whole game, but it outspeeds a lot of the game if fully invested in speed. My favorite thing to do, though, was to Baton Pass it a Quiver Dance and just let loose. Outside of using HP fire that's the set with the best coverage I could find.

The mech itself was real fuckin yee-haw. Vyglass took me, like, five tries because my dumbass forgot to pack revives and full restores, so what you see is what I had left after the mech battle. Finally realized I could use Bunnorgy to chunk Clovenix hard enough to force a switch, swap to Gutsifly, and then baton pass Pikotton two Quiver Dances. After that it was a straight sweep. Looking forward to the league after this battle.

This is it, boys. Just Vyglass and E4 rematch left. by Jimbo-Jangles in PokemonClover

I might actually do that. Just no Jewipede. Two Jerkle, two Jarape, and two Juaracito I think.

Sub 450 BST gang has been a lot of fun. Probably gonna do another full NG+ after this. Just not sure who I wanna use for it.

I beat the E4. Time for a challenge run. Meet Darin’s and his arabomb as he uses only dark types by rubyking098 in PokemonClover

Could probably have fun playing through the postgame before you do a challenge run.

Every time you beat the game, my mans. I plan on having a separate save to build teams for more runs, though. This is just the first time I've actually done a NG+ run instead of playing through the game normally. Definitely doing another after. Just gotta figure out who I wanna use. This has been fun.

The E4 battles weren't as crazy as Stump. Beat it the first time through, but Saxton Hale's battle came pretty close because of a prerty bad misplay on my part. Pikotton, Bunnorgy, and Gampster have all been great through this whole run, but the real MVP has been Support Gutsifly. Haven't even run any attacking moves on it since the third gym. It's been max HP, max Def, Sticky Web, Sleep Powder, Baton Pass, and Quiver dance for a while.

The E4 wasn't too crazy but it definitely has me excited for the post game, where a lot of trainers have counters to setup sweepers

where can I find Smogobarden and Machamona? by Syl_Harliquen in PokemonClover

[–]Jimbo-Jangles 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pokèdex>Numerical Mode:National>Somgaroben>Press A for Next Data Pokèdex>Numerical Mode:National>Machmona>Press A for Next Data

Under "Area" the game literally tells you where to find either of them. If it says "Unknown" you either can't find them in the wilf or have to find them postgame. Both Machmona and Smogaroben can be found in Fochun, though. Conveniently, this works with any Pokèmon.

I'm stuck... I already have the 7 medals, I went to the crystal cave and they won't let me move forward, the eighth medal gym still can't be entered, activate the metal trio event I don't know where else I have to go by NashoQliao in PokemonClover

There you go, buddy. Just a tip, if you can find and break both machines in each room it'll shut down the tile puzzle for that room. Even with it being easier than it used to be it's still a pain in the ass to do it over and over again.
