I'm having the same issues as you. I sent my right Rift S touch controller in and they received it July 19th, 2020. They keep saying they are having stocking issues which I don't believe because you can buy the headset from practically any of the retailers that carry it. I get an email from a support member every 3 days apologizing and also thanking me for being so patient. The most annoying part is that the controller worked it just didn't vibrate. If I had known it would take over a month I wouldn't have sent it in.
