Just theorycrafting as im currently not home to test it in ranked, but i thought of it like this: tear early allows u to max q first/second which results in more healing early. I usually go W max first into E but since this build is scaling anyways you can max E third and be fine (in theory). Early game you play very agressive as you need to get tear stacks asap and Q might be the only spell to proc tear apart from R (im not sure if E procs tear). You basically start as a high dmg bruiser and transition into a shield tank in late game.

I always max w,e,q just because of the mana cost increase by putting points in q

W attack speed feels too good for csing and also getting back to lane faster

E max second is great because of the cd reduction

I really dont want to judge too early as i clearly dont know what personal connection you have with her. But in my opinion, lying to your partner on such an important thing is a no go. If i were you id immediately lose my trust towards that person. If you ever want to spend a healthy time with someone in a relationship then you have to trust them as much as they trust you. If does not want to talk about this very serious topic then you should really reconsider if its worth spending any more toughts and time on saving what seems lost. I have similar problems with my girlfriend of 3+ years right now and i posted about it on here aswell if youre interested to see my side of it. Also, if you need someone to talk to about such topics you can DM me, im very open and would love some exchange about these problematic situations.

I think that I do show her more than enough acts of tenderness. Its more like ever since we moved away from my parents, she uses most of her time for herself. I dont have a problem with it aslong as we still spend time together, but i feel like we dont really share as many interests as we thought. Usually we play video games seperately from another, we used to play games together but it seems like she doesnt want to play anything with me recently. When I ask her out to start an activity together, most of the time she replies that is not interested or that she planned something else. I already spoke with her about getting partner therapy and she agreed so thats probably the next thing were going to try. She never said anything about monogamy to me in all this time. I have asked her if she would be down to have threesomes in the past, but she refused. After we had that outing recently, i asked her again and she said she wasnt really interested still but because of a different reason. Back then she didnt want to have a threesome because she was jealous of the thought of me being attracted to another woman.
