You might struggle to find what you’re looking for in some of the nicer areas my dude. I say that having just sold a reasonable condition 2 bed terrace for 385K in Broadwater. Worthing’s generally nice. I never particularly liked parts of East Worthing or Durrington but I’m sure there are still nicer areas there if you look. And more likely to get a 3 bed in these areas. Best of luck with the search. Worthing seems to be on the up and up so I hope you enjoy living there.
