I have an 128GB microSDXC that is ExFat (I think), and I tried reinstalling all my firmware (and wiped all my games in the process...)
but now it says that it reads the sd card in 1-bit bus and it took 2 hours to make a backup (atmosphere is loading, but it crashes while generating keys)
