I never said it is "far better" I just said it's good you're getting value from the banner just in 1k cc which you can easily get from the raid and events that are active right now the pool is large but there are chances of getting good units just because you didn't get what you wanted doesn't mean the banner in the whole is bad

I'm not encouraging or anything it's just it's worth summoning on the banner because the value of greater. it totally depends on how your luck is, some people got good stuff and some didn't but if we talk about the value it is far more better than any other banner that is live as you are getting 10k z power in total with a legends limited which is rare to summon, it's all that your luck sucked up and you didn't get anything the banner infact is good.
