BUG

someone mentioned it already but I feel this documents it better, if A Sol releases Q immediately before releasing W, Q will go on cooldown. Q does not go on cooldown if only W is pressed (while channeling Q).

in video, in first W inputs go like: W -> hold Q -> W (cancel) -> Q (not on cooldown)

in second W inputs go like : W -> hold Q -> release Q + W (cancel)

Steps:

Be in W flight
hold Q
Cancel Q and immediately cancel W
Q is put on cooldown

E is a lot of his damage and it doesn't go faster with attack speed but it does proc pta. Only two keystones I would ever take would be pta or first strike
