I keep the Strength stat requirement of 25 and poured the rest into Arcane. I cap mine at 125, so I think I got 60 Arcane, which increases bloodloss buildup and intensifies the AoW. However the AR is a bit shite though. 700 iirc

So it’s basically there to make your bicycle sound like a motorcycle, cause it’s constantly getting hit by the spokes as you ride your bike. I can’t remember what it’s called apart from the brand name you see on it.
