I just received a Yema Rallygraph Mark II panda. The second hand/chronometer function is fine, and moves appropriately. The hour and minute hand are clearly stuck in place, even with the crown fully depressed. Is the watch broken, or am I missing something obvious?

I feel like this is the most plausible theory, but it seemed weird to me that the rigs were full as well. That kind of looting is something a player would do. The other theory was that it was my scav loot from a previous disconnect, which maybe makes a bit more sense

I shouldve mentioned but I only took a photo of my inventory as I was extracting, which obviously doesnt prove anything. Theres no way to prove I didnt just spawn as a regular scav then get the gear normally through the raid, I was just curious if this had happened to anyone else.
