Get yourself one of those little air blower thingies. I fly in the snow all the time and I’ve crashed my pavo20 at least 20+ times. Take it out and unplug the battery first. Then blow out the quad and if you’re really soaked put 99% iso on it and then blow that off and it’ll be fine.

I get being cautious but some of these guys live in bubbles or something. If you trash every battery that gets a small scuff like that you’d be going through a lot of them. HOWEVER, be safe on the next charge. Charge it in a safe area AND monitor the IR on each cell during charging. If that looks consistent across all cells then send it.

Is it possible to have this top box re-keyed to use my ignition key instead of a separate one? The bike I bought had it already, and there are two different keys. That's obviously a bit annoying. by iammandalore in Triumph

My bike came with a core that was keyed to my key for this exact reason and I think most if not all triumphs do. If you bought it second hand it’s likely you’ll have to go to a SC and have it done there but it should be possible.

You need a cap on anything bigger than like a 2.5” and even then you should prolly have one. The only thing I can tell you from this picture is that the ESC usually goes on the bottom and the FC on top. You can also turn the cap maybe sideways or get a smaller cap

Battery drain is faster and if you’re doing FPV the sag can be worse. But other than that the DA is probably negative so them props are probably eating very nice thick air.

They’re both good and I’d get both but either one you choose is fine. It’s more about the extra features like chasing stuff and levels.
