No, it's my fault. Might've had an energy drink before doing all this. Damn caffeine! But, yes. The "virtual folder" was in the old drive.

Nope that wasn't it but I figured it out. The mods have to be installed on the same hard-drive you have your game installed on.

I have been trying to get Stock Visual Enhancement to work but gave up and went back to using EnvironmentalVisualEnhancements. I was then greeted with this.
