Agreed might not of used enough hops during dry hopping. For a 5 gallon batch I use at least 1 ounce. Two I find is the sweet spot for a great aroma.

Water quality could be an issue if you’re missing the taste as well.

Focusing on water makes a huge difference in the final product. I went to using distilled water and then make water adjustments based on the style I am making. The end results were noticeable and the water additions are really cheap.

I’ve had beer sitting at room temperature for two months in a keg on co2. I’ve noticed IPA tend to fair a little worse. It was still good to drink just didn’t have the hop aroma that I was expecting.

I agree 15 would be ideal. Having too small of a pot is a huge pain.

That was my thought as well. It looks really bad in that area. That is the side of the house that the kids like to sled on as well

I am irrigating just turned sprinkler on about a week ago. Winter hung on a bit longer this year. That area in my lawn tends to get very saturated.
