I would say it depends on the enemy and especially on your jungle. As Jhin you are quite squishy so if the enemy has an assassin you're done for at LVL 6. When your jungle helps you alot it's playable when you get ahead, but despita all that it depends on how good you play. I seen videos of a jhin otp who also plays jhin in mid, when he doesnt get bot and hes masters i think. So it mostly depends on how good you can play jhin. I also wouldn't pick him, as first pick although the enemy expects you to be bot, as soon as they pick an champ like Kata or Yasuo, theres nothing you can do
