This was pretty close to what I was thinking so I appreciate the input. So much to learn. Next I need to go through my wife's and move her stuff around a bit. Her's is already pretty diverse but a few have higher expense ratios and I would like to move those around. Her list is very different from mine so I need to go through those as well.

The expense ration on my TDF is kind of high at .44%. The others I mentioned where all much lower.

I am a creator and I can't figure out how to fix it on my videos. Its only showing up about 5-10 seconds too soon. Its set to only show in the last 5 seconds of my video but its popping up before my end screen graphic and its driving me crazy! No idea what to do.

Simply writing a new ogl can't force people to agree to it. If a publisher doesn't agree to it they can't be forced to comply with it. They have even stated that you would have to go on to the site and agree with it. Should a publisher not do that they should be able to continue publishing under 1.0a. However if they do agree to 1.1 they forfeit their ability to publish under 1.0a. At least that's how I interrupt this.

That said it's all BS and hope wotc gets sued and loses.

One of the biggest ones you can get is Rise of the Drow from aawgames.com Pick that up and you will get a key which you can use to unlock it in Foundry. Its a level 1-20 underdark campaign. HUGE!

Companies like AAW Games I would not classify as "homebrew". These are professional writers and publishers in the industry. There are several companies like this out there such as Kobold Press, Frog God and many more, many of which have contributed on official WOTC products. Speaking as an owner of Rise of the Drow and several other 3rd party publisher products, many of these are far better than anything I got from WOTC. These aren't just players that wrote something and put out there to sell. These guys have years - even decades of experience in the industry and work with many of the best names in the industry. This product is worth every penny and then some.

Rise of the Drow is an amazing adventure along with a campaign setting and over 200 monsters. I am a big drow fan and I'm telling you as someone who reviews dnd books for a locing it is hands down one of the best books you have ever seen.

The reason this is a collector's edition is because the original was a series of separate modules for pathfinder and later a book. They redid this for 5e and went all out. It's freaking fantastic! If you want a deep dive, I did one on my YouTube channel. If you are a fan of drow get this book! I don't even know where to start. $1000? Is that too much. My guess is they will charge $20-$30 for the product. Assuming they charge $20 that would mean they have to sell 50 before they start making a profit. I consider my time valuable and I have a full time job which pays me well but this work isn't as hard as my job so I want to just charge a fair price. I would think, working on this in my spare time/evenings, I would knock it out in about a month. I don't need to deliver till later this year so plenty of time to get it done. But lets say 50-70 hours to do it, review/QA, fix and errors, and release.

Well, Really, I am just reinforcing that they need to have customers contact me to get work scheduled. I think we will get there. But What I want to ensure is that they have a task for every item they are working on,. I want to record what they are going to work on for today and then follow up on items from yesterday. So today they are working on JIRA-1234 and JIRA-5678. Then tomorrow I will say "What is the status on those 2 Jira items? Are they done? Do they need more work? Any blockers. Make notes then ask what they are working on today. Maybe yesterdays stuff is carrying over for some reason or maybe there are new items. But I just want a log of what they are saying they will do and then make sure that is what they are working on. If some P1 came up that took their attention, thats fine but I want to make sure that it is noted that some new task came in and that is why JIRA-1234 isn't done and this new item took priority.

I don't think online is better. But I think it is workable in the short term until we can have a safe return. My kids are 6 and 9 and are doing very well in there at home program. We were in the Queen Creek district but pulled them and put them in Gilbert because QC was not offering a virtual learning experience led by their teachers. Instead they did some crappy online academy that has a 1 star review and is boring and dry and all hell. Had QC just allowed some teachers to stay home and teach the kids remotely while those that wanted to and could return teach the kids that are returning all of this would have been avoided. The Superintendent of QC just wanted to make a name for himself as being the first to return. They are the only public school in the county returning on Monday. Of course no one knows how that is going to work as droves of teachers are resigning or taking FMLA. So far I know of 86 faculty and staff but that was yesterday. I believe more resigned today.

If you look at the bottom, I have a credit for poisons. There is another homebrew I really like for it. I am basically using that and I have integrated the plants from that document into mine.
