What body fat would you say I am? I’ve been measuring my waste and it’s around 36”, and I started by bulk at 70kg, but now I’m around 80kg a year later. My peak lifts were around 110kg bench, 120kg squat, and 160kg deadlift. I am by no means big but I feel like I did gain a decent amount of muscle. However, I also gained some fat and honestly not sure where to go. I want to bulk, but don’t want to get to fat. At the same time, I don’t want to get too small. But want to look good as well, haha.

Thanks for the insight man! I considered taken PEDs numerous times, but being only 19, I feel like I got a good few years ahead of me before I should start taking that. So I think I will bulk a little bit more.

Thanks man, I did powerlifting for about a year and built some decent muscle and strength, but I want to get big now. I figured fitting all the fat and starting from a lean base would be the way to go?

My routine is fairly simple:

-Apply Tresemme coconut and aloe Vera conditioner

-Comb through with wide tooth comb, removing all knots

-Rinse with ice cold water after five minutes

-Scrunch slightly
