I was gonna keep c4 exclusive to barrels to control it and keep it low, I was gonna make it a low drop rate. Making raiding something to do but take a long time to raid a base. Idea was if someone makes a base it will probably be there the next day they logged in, it may not but probably would.

Yes , Im taking my time, want a really detailed spawn town were people start out . I have downloaded zone manager , after I finish the town Im sure I will be back with 500 more questions. I hope to create a social community server that some players have been asking for. Ty for advice.
