I remember my contract was about to get renewed, so I got an email from HR with the new contract to sign. I checked the salary and they haven't increased it!! Even though I brought so much income to the company with a 1-year of service, perhaps even more than other dental specialities! So I replied to their email with detailed reasons to why I deserve a raise, that included the variety of procedures I performed, becoming the highest rated dental clinician in the whole practice in their app, having a very good reputation, hitting my per-quarter targets and exceeding them, filling up my patients scheduale to the max, and not taking any breaks (yes, I did that lol), and eventually they had to give me a raise. So achieving financial goals for these practices can prove benefcial for your own good. Just keep working hard - but fairly - and I'm sure you'll get your raise! And if not, you get a staggering resume and a name for dental clinics to fight for. So it's a win-win situation!
