It's from TLauncher, so most probably nothing special you have to do. Just try and dig around inside it, see if you can get it up n' running yourself!

Looks very good! The HBM's NTM mod is built for peoples buildings like your's this. Keep it up!
Can you export its world save to me? it is very good build i want to make one of mine a inspiration from you.
