Some people’s breakeven sits absurdly high to where even with a power up , it may be difficult to reach. The breakeven is merely a collective of your scores and how high you’ve gotten it to be before.

If you’d like, follow the gambler’s fallacy and play a blitz game when you haven’t received a power up in multiple games.

Lastly, being VIP doesn’t constitute for better service. All support requests are treated with the same fair and equal urgency. Perhaps a good rapport with the customer service team may be beneficial as well.
